Dream On Walls offers free shipping of its products all over India. Yes you just need to pay for the product, rest we will take care of the shipping and delivery!!!

Dream On Walls is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.

 

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

 

Orders are generally dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days. As rare exceptional cases are always there, delivery to some distant places may take 10-12 days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. ). Please note that some out of stock products may have a longer lead time. DREAM ON WALLS cannot be held responsible for any delays in your shipment.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

DREAM ON WALLS unconditionally guarantees all decorative wall sticker and decal products manufactured and sold at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. We strive to send products in best possible conditions.

However, if you think, the product you have received is not in order i.e. packaging damaged or wrong product;

You must return the product within 10 days of its receipt to the address as provided on email or phone.  Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.DREAM ON WALLS will not be held liable for paying for the return shipment.

 

Please note that:

  •  To avoid any delays it is very important to carefully check that the delivery address, including your local telephone and mobile number, is complete and correct.
  • We cannot accept any liability for late or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details or due to natural calamity occurrence. Orders placed on holidays or weekends are processed the next business day.
  • DREAM ON WALLS will not be held liable for paying for the return shipment.
  • If orders are unexpectedly delayed we'll notify you by e-mail.
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Orders are processed once payment is accepted and the billing address is verified.
  • Shipping times do not include processing time.
  • Our courier will contact you directly to confirm your availability for the estimated delivery date and to confirm your delivery address.
  • Once your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking number so you can view the status of the shipment.
  • Your signature will be required upon delivery of the shipment.
