Cancellation & Return Policy

Client’s satisfaction is our PREROGATIVE. believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and the cancellation policy has been framed accordingly.  

Cancellation by Client:

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

For outright cancellations by you:

- If you cancel your order before it has been processed for preparation, we will refund the entire amount. No cancellation after that will be possible as each product is specially prepared for you only. 

If the cancellation is done after the product has shipped:

-If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. 

Cancellation by Dream On Walls:

  • All orders placed through the website are subject to DREAM ON WALLS's acceptance, which is in its sole discretion. Accordingly, DREAM ON may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, in its sole discretion, and without liability to you or any third party. If you have already been charged for an order that is subsequently cancelled, DREAM ON will refund your full amount within 7 days of the purchase. 
  • Dream On Walls reserves the right to refuse to process Transactions by Buyers with a prior history of questionable charges including without limitation breach of any agreements by Buyer with Dream On Walls or breach/violation of any law or any charges imposed by Issuing Bank or breach of any policy.


Refund Policy:

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order. 

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

DREAM ON WALLS unconditionally guarantees all decorative wall sticker and decal products manufactured and sold at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. We strive to send products in best possible conditions. 

However, if you think, the product you have received is not in order i.e. packaging damaged or wrong product; please call us at (+91) 98734-08026  or write to us at with details of the order and your info.

You must return the product within 10 days of its receipt to the address as provided on email or phone. The refund will be made if the product has not been used or tampered with. The refund will be made within 7 days of the receipt of the product by Dream On Walls. 

Please note the following limitations:

  • Request to return Item must be received by us within 7 days from date of purchase.
  • The Client will arrange the return of the product on its own and will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of returning the defective product. Dream On Walls will not be held liable for paying for the return shipment.
  • Dream On Walls sticker, decals or any other product that have been used in any way cannot be accepted for exchange/ refund.
  • Product must be returned in original packaging and full contents of packaging must be included.
  • Dream On Walls will only decide on exchange once a full assessment has been carried out.
  • We provide refunds only for genuinely defective products, not on externally tampered products.
  • We do not exchange products that have been damaged by the client; you must ensure you adhere to the guidelines of use and application which are provided in all our products.
  • We will not except returns on customized projects.
